I use 36million naira to build toilet (college provost Mary edema)
The provost of the Delta State college of education, Mary edema has disclosed that she used 36millions naira to build just two toilet in the college.
This project is said to be funded by Tentiary education trust fund, Accordingt to report this is a fradulent act and is under investigation.
The question is why do all this people always think Nigerian are fools by just cooking up stories thinking we will just believe.
36million for just two toilet?? Madam please how much a two flat in lekki??
