Shriram Lagoo (1927–2019) was a renowned Indian film and theatre actor, as well as an ENT surgeon, celebrated for his powerful character roles in Hindi and Marathi cinema. He acted in over 250 films, directed more than 20 Marathi plays, and was an active advocate for social causes. Lagoo received the 1978 Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Gharaonda and his autobiography is titled
