Jill earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University. She later became a project manager for both sides of the project, as architect and owner. Her experience taught her the value of bringing a team together and gave her the skills to make it happen.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys watching soccer and motocross, playing with sewing and window dressing, or exploring the beautiful outdoors with off-roading and hiking. Her passion for adventure aligns perfectly with Pfluger’s goal of inspiring people to create more meaningful human experiences. For Jill, constantly asking “why” is the key to discovering what is truly meaningful to her.
