Champions League Schedule Has Been Confirmed
UEFA have published the dates and kick-off times of the remaining Champions League matches this season.
Man City v Real Madrid will take place at the Etihad Stadium on 7th August while Barca v Napoli will be played the day after. Leipzig v Atletico in the quarter-finals will be on 13th August.
The Champions League returns in August. We now know exactly when the games will be played.
The remaining last 16 second leg ties will be on 7th and 8th August. The quarter-finals will be between the 12th and 15th while the semis will be on 18th and 19th August. The final will be on 23rd August at the Estadio Da Luz.
You have to remember that the last 16 second legs will be at the scheduled home team’s ground while Benfica and Sporting Lisbon will host all games from the quarter-finals onwards. All games will be at 21:00 CET.
Last 16 2nd legs:
Friday 7th August: Man City (2) v (1) Real Madrid and Juventus (0) v (1) Lyon
Saturday 8th August: Bayern Munich (3) v (0) Chelsea and Barcelona (1) v (1) Napoli
Quarter finals
Wednesday 12th August:Atalanta v PSG at Estadio Da Luz
Thursday 13th August: Leipzig v Atletico Madrid at Jose Alvalade
Friday 14th August:Napoli/Barcelona v Chelsea/Bayern at Estadio Da Luz
Saturday 15th August:Madrid/Man City v Lyon/Juventus at Jose Alvalade
Semi-finals
Tuesday 18th August: Leipzig/Atletico v Atalanta/PSG at Estadio Da Luz
Wednesday 19th August: Madrid/Man City or Lyon/Juventus v Napoli/Barcelona v Chelsea/Bayern at Jose Alvalade.
Final
Sunday 23rd August: The final at Estadio Da Luz
