Work has begun to identify the people who distributed the video and take action against them.
On social media, a vulgar video about Andijan region governor Shuhrat Abdurahmanov was shared.
In response to this, the regional governor’s office’s press service said that insulting posts were posted on some social media pages following the release of the video, putting the region’s governor’s honor and dignity in question.
“Due to this, a complaint was submitted to the prosecutor’s office in accordance with the established procedure for disclosing information that insults a person’s honor and dignity.
Currently, practical work is being done to identify those who spread such information in violation of the law and take legal action against them.
